This privacy policy applies to the YoungAI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Rima Bassma (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Application collects face data in the form of selfies showing front and side views of your face. You also have the option to upload specific pictures of your choice.
Use of Face Data: The face data is collected exclusively for the purpose of estimating how old you appear, to provide ratings on specific facial features such as dark circles, and to generate the images and score cards you choose to create.
Processing by third-party AI providers: This analysis is not performed on your device. When you run a scan, your photographs are transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence providers that process them on the Service Provider's behalf:
Your face data is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Storage: Your face data is stored in two locations:
Retention Period: Face data stored on your device is retained until you delete it in the Application's settings or uninstall the Application. Face data held in cloud storage is retained until you ask the Service Provider to delete it. Note that deleting your scan history inside the Application removes it from your device only; to have the cloud copy deleted, contact the Service Provider using the address in the "Contact Us" section below.
You can request deletion of your face data at any time by contacting the Service Provider at the email address provided in the "Contact Us" section.
As described in the section above, your photographs and the messages you send to the in-app coach are transmitted to third-party providers in order to produce your analysis. Other information is shared with the providers listed below only as needed to operate the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at rimabas0102@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at rimabas0102@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
